River Rats Base is conveniently situated near the Ohau Channel which links lakes Rotorua and Rotoiti providing easy access to either lake for the best Rotorua Kayaking options around! Paddle to a secluded beach or enjoy a hot water swim only accessible by boat.
We have a range of Sit In (Sea Kayaks) and Sit on Top (Recreational) Kayaks available for hire.
Delivery is available to other lakes in the area.
We can arrange guided tours on request to any of the local lakes or try our scheduled Guided Hot Pools trip to Manupirua Springs Hot Pools.

Prices are per person; double kayak = 2 x single rentals.
Rental prices are ex shop.
Free delivery is available to Marama Resort or Amora Hotel subject to a minimum hire charge of $100.
We can arrange transportation of kayaks to other lakes in the area, prices are available on request.
Long term rental available on request.
