Bookings & Conditions
Although we operate within strict safety guidelines, adventure activities by their nature involve a degree of risk. By partaking in these activities you agree to assume this risk and will be required to sign a waiver of liability.
If for any reason you find it necessary to cancel your trip please notify us as soon as possible. Provided a minimum of 24 hours notice is given there will be no cancellation charge. Due to extensive trip preparation, cancellations less than 24 hours before departure will incur charges in full. Note: Longer cancellation notice may be required for package or group bookings.
We reserve the right to cancel or amend any trip due to safety issues, weather, river or road conditions, or lack of numbers.
